We want you happy with InDims. Here's how refunds work for each plan.
Starter (one-time)
- Full refund within 7 days if the digital product has not been delivered.
- After delivery, no refund (digital goods).
Standard / Pro (subscription)
- Within 14 days of first subscription: pro-rata refund of unused credits.
- After 14 days: cancellation effective at end of current period; no partial refunds.
- Credit packs (add-ons): unused credits refundable within 14 days of purchase.
Bespoke (project-based)
- Deposit (typically 30%) is non-refundable once design begins.
- Milestone-based billing; each milestone is non-refundable once accepted.
- Optional maintenance subscription follows Standard/Pro rules.
How to request
- Submit a refund request via the customer panel or email billing@indims.studio.
- We acknowledge within 48 hours.
- Decision and processing within 7 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account termination and forwarding to collections.
Edge cases
For service interruptions caused by us (extended downtime, lost data), we issue prorated credit at our discretion regardless of the policy above.
