These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of InDims Studio's services. By signing up or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service description
InDims provides website-as-a-subscription services: customers select a template, submit assets, and we (with AI assistance) deliver and maintain a working website on your behalf.
2. Account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate billing and contact information.
3. Plans and credits
Our plans (Starter, Standard, Pro, Bespoke) define a daily allowance of credits. Credits do not roll over. Add-on credit packs do not expire. See Pricing for current rates.
4. Payments
- Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the customer portal.
- Taxes are calculated based on your billing location.

6. Customer content
You retain all rights to assets you submit. You grant InDims a non-exclusive license to use, store, and process them solely to deliver our services. You represent that you have the right to use all submitted content.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use InDims to:
- Violate any law or third-party right
- Distribute malware, phishing, or spam
- Generate content that promotes violence, harassment, or abuse
- Misrepresent your identity or others'
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to access non-authorized systems
8. AI-generated content
Some deliverables include AI-generated text or images. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before using it publicly. Factual claims, prices, and addresses must be human-verified.
9. Service availability
We aim for 99.5% availability. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you can export your data within 30 days.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.
13. Changes
We will notify you of material changes 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the change means acceptance.
